油墨特性 characteristic :
 vantan 23系列是一款丝印移印通用型塑胶油墨。慢干、耐酒精、亮光、油墨细腻、良好的展色性、优异的印刷性。丝印不拉丝、不回粘，可满足对精细印刷的要求，大面积印刷时同样具有优异的平整度，移印时亦有优良的上墨及脱墨性。对于有耐候要求的灯箱广告印刷亦可满足。
 vantan 23 series is a general type plastic printing ink for screen printing and pad printing. slow drying, alcohol resistant, high gloss, fine printing ink, good color contrast property, excellent printing performance. no wire drawing and after-tack in screen printing, can meet the requirement of fine printing, with good smoothness in large area printing, also with good inking and deinking in pad printing. it is also suitable for light box advertising printing with the requirement of weather resistance.
适用范围 applied range:
适合印刷abs、pc、亚克力（pmma)等材质，应用于标牌铭版、电子、玩具、家用电器、灯箱广告等行业。
suitable for printing abs, pc pmma and other materials, used in label and nameplate, electronics, toys, household appliances, light box advertising and other industries.
使用方法method of use :
印刷前可用酒精或抹字水清洁印刷品表面的污垢及油渍。
please clean the dirt and oil stain off the printing surface with alcohol or wipe water before printing.
稀释剂：根据印刷方式和环境条件添加10%左右稀释剂调节油墨稀稠度。
diluent: add about 10% diluent to adjust the consistence of the printing ink according to the printing method and environmental conditions.
干燥方式：自然干燥（25°c)或低于70°c强制干燥，作强制干燥可缩短时间。
drying method: natural drying(25℃)or below 70℃ forced drying, the time of forced drying can be shorter.
